About this role

• Reporting To: Senior Manager, BI and Innovation
• The Business Analyst partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify business needs, analyze processes, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and overall business performance
• This role leads requirements gathering, conducts in-depth data analysis, and drives alignment across departments to ensure technology and process solutions support strategic objectives
• The Business Analyst plays an active role in revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success functions, owning key analyses and contributing to improved reporting, pipeline visibility, and process optimization
• By translating data into actionable insights, supporting system enhancements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, this role helps enable informed decision-making and measurable business outcomes
• Own the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements by working directly with stakeholders to support project initiatives and operational improvements
• Lead process analysis efforts, documenting current and future-state workflows and proactively identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, user guides, and standard operating procedures, ensuring clarity and usability for business stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working sessions to elicit requirements, align on business needs, and support solution design discussions
• Support and contribute to system-related projects, including coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), validating results, and ensuring business requirements are met
• Manage CRM system activities (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), including configuring basic elements, maintaining data integrity, generating reports, and providing user support
