What You Will Do:

• Gather and document business, operational, and reporting requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and process reviews.
• Analyze operational workflows and identify modernization opportunities.
• Support Agile planning, backlog management, and requirements traceability.
• Assist with change management and process standardization initiatives.

What You Will Need:

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
• US Citizenship is contractually required.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of THREE (3)+ years of experience
• Business analysis experience.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
• Experience working on technology modernization programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification.
• Experience supporting cloud modernization programs.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile delivery tools.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and IT Operations processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $53,000.00-$88,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
