## Position Summary
The Law Firm Business Advisor is responsible for helping law firm owners understand their financial performance and make informed decisions that support profitable, sustainable growth.
This position combines accounting knowledge, financial analysis, business consulting, client relationship management, and executive coaching. The advisor will conduct regular client meetings, review financial and operational performance, identify challenges, recommend solutions, and hold clients accountable for implementing agreed-upon action plans.
The ideal candidate is financially knowledgeable, highly consultative, comfortable leading conversations with business owners, and able to explain complex information in clear, practical language.
This is not a traditional accounting position focused primarily on preparing financial statements or completing reconciliations. The successful candidate will use financial information as the foundation for broader conversations about strategy, operations, team development, marketing, profitability, and growth.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
