About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in preparing functional and technical documentation.
• Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis concepts.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with business process documentation.
• Internship, academic project, or certification related to Business Analysis is a plus.
