We're working with a leading residential window and door manufacturer that provides a comprehensive portfolio of brands for new construction and replacement segments across the nation.
The Role
- Support HR and Payroll business operations through optimal and scalable technology solutions
- Manage Workday HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll modules across all business lines
- Collaborate with Functional HR Business Partners and HR COE's to provide support for Workday HCM technology
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications or recommend business process solutions
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM issues
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Workday HCM
- Expertise in Core HCM Time & Attendance and Payroll Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
