We're working with a leading residential window and door manufacturer that provides a comprehensive portfolio of brands for new construction and replacement segments across the nation.


The Role

• Support HR and Payroll business operations through optimal and scalable technology solutions
• Manage Workday HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll modules across all business lines
• Collaborate with Functional HR Business Partners and HR COE's to provide support for Workday HCM technology
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications or recommend business process solutions
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM issues
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Workday HCM
• Expertise in Core HCM Time & Attendance and Payroll Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
