About The Role
Sentara Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst - Operations to join its dynamic team. This fully remote position plays a critical role in the implementation and support of quality initiatives within designated operational areas. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights related to quality initiative deployment, reporting, and data analysis. Acting as a vital liaison between internal teams, external partners, and Information Technology, the Senior Business Analyst ensures that business definitions, scope, testing, and implementation processes align with organizational goals. The role demands a high level of operational knowledge, particularly concerning customer operations related to claims processing, system administration, business expansion, and member enrollment.
