The role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and business process, translating complex operational data into actionable insights and scalable workflows.


The team bridges technical infrastructure and business strategy, owning the analytical pipelines, reporting models, and CRM configurations that drive decision-making across departments.


Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain complex SQL queries, data models, and dashboards in BI tools like Looker or Tableau to track key business metrics
• Partner with go-to-market and finance teams to analyze pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Audit and optimize CRM, ERP, and billing systems to ensure data integrity and streamline automated workflows
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership
• Document technical requirements, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures for cross-functional data consumption
• Manage ad-hoc data requests and troubleshoot data discrepancies between disparate software platforms

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience in business analysis, revenue operations, or data analytics within a technology environment
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and spreadsheet modeling
• Hands-on experience with modern CRM and data stack technologies (Salesforce, Snowflake, HubSpot)
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• Bonus: Experience with Python or R for data analysis, and familiarity with CPQ systems
