The Role
We’re seeking a Business Analyst to turn complex business needs into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with leadership and program teams to design dashboards, create reports, and provide analytics that support our mission. This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, collaborating across departments, and using data to create real impact.

Full-Time Remote

Salary: $55,000-$70,000

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and clarify data and reporting needs
• Analyze healthcare, HRIS, and financial datasets to find trends and opportunities
• Build clear dashboards, reports, and data models (Power BI, Excel)
• Validate and troubleshoot data to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Document processes, create training materials, and guide users on analytics best practices
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience with healthcare, HRIS, or financial data
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• SQL and Power BI or Tableau experience preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA/data governance a plus
