About this role

Brand Activation & Market Presence

• Attend key in-store tastings and brand activations organized by the distributor
• Support brand storytelling and consumer engagement during activations
• Represent Bahari at relevant events, festivals, and community gatherings
• Identify opportunities for brand exposure and experiential marketing

Community Building

• Build relationships with fitness studios, wellness communities, cafés, and lifestyle groups
• Organise small community-driven brand activations and collaborations
• Develop brand loyalty and repeat consumer engagement

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

• Identify and collaborate with relevant local influencers and creators
• Coordinate product seeding and influencer sampling
• Invite creators to brand activations and tastings
• Build long-term relationships with creators aligned with Bahari’s brand values

Content Creation & Social Media Support

• Capture high-quality photo and video content from tastings, events, and consumer interactions
• Provide consistent content to Bahari’s social media agency for editing and publishing
• Contribute ideas for social media campaigns, reels, and TikTok content

Market Intelligence & Feedback

• Provide insights on consumer reactions, retail feedback, and competitive activity
• Share weekly updates with Bahari leadership and collaborate with the distributor

KPIs / Performance Indicators

- Growth in in-store sales velocity
- Number of community activations and partnerships
- Number of influencer collaborations
- Volume of high-quality content generated
- Growth in brand awareness and engagement

- Highly social and well-connected within UAE lifestyle and wellness communities
- Passionate about food, beverage, and wellness brands
- Experienced in influencer outreach or community marketing
- Creative and comfortable creating photo/video content
- Entrepreneurial and proactive in identifying opportunities
