Position Summary

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to add a Bilingual Accountant to our finance team.

We currently work with an external CPA firm and have an in-house accountant. This new position will work closely with both, providing support with daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is committed to maintaining the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Assist with monthly closing activities.
  • Coordinate with the external CPA firm by providing the necessary financial information for tax preparation and other compliance requirements.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation.
  • Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for daily accounting functions.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and vendor payments.
  • Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of accounting experience.
  • Experience using QuickBooks.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
