Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by analyzing, interpreting, and reporting business data using Microsoft Azure platforms. The candidate will bridge business requirements and technical teams to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data solutions.

Work with Azure Data services including Azure Data Lake, Synapse, and Power BI.

Translate business needs into data models, reports, and dashboards.

Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure accurate data integration and reporting.

Perform data validation, quality checks, and data cleansing activities.

Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.

Maintain documentation of requirements, processes, and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with Azure Data services and analytics tools.

Strong SQL and data querying skills.

Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, or other BI tools.

Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in data modeling and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Azure certification such as Azure Data Analyst Associate.

Knowledge of cloud data architectures and ETL processes.

Experience in financial, investment, or enterprise data environments.
