What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide day-to-day support to project managers in planning, execution, and delivery of projects
• Monitor study progress and alert project managers of any resourcing or timeline issues
• Assist with the coordination and support of imaging center setup and training
• Regularly review study status reports and follow up with internal groups or imaging centers as needed
• Act as a backup for project managers during their absence and serve as the point of contact for clients

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in a biological science, health science technology, or equivalent education with relevant work experience
• Fluent in English
• Proven ability to use Microsoft 365 products (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
