About this role
As our Associate Marketing Project Manager, you will ensure on-time delivery of projects, refine processes, facilitate daily standups within the Agile framework and maintain the reliability, productivity and efficiency of the team. You will facilitate the overall planning, design, execution and delivery of small to medium projects and intermittent stages of larger projects across the company’s marketing efforts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of projects including the definition of project charters, budgets and measures, as well as developing project structures and ensuring proper operations.
- Track project status and manage project issues and risks including the evaluation of progress/quality/costs and developing action plans to address gaps throughout the project life cycle.
- Build and lead effective project teams and foster strong sponsor, stakeholder, vendor, customer and team relationships.
- Manage projects that implement new solutions or enhance existing solutions, spanning several disciplines including development, programming, implementation, compliance and information management.
- Executes project management processes and industry best practices from inception to delivery including building and executing a project plan, monitoring and controlling project tasks, managing scope/resources/risks, ensuring quality control, and maintaining effective communication while monitoring and controlling project costs.
