ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Requirements Gathering and Business Process Analysis

- Conduct thorough requirements gathering, elicitation, and documentation through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Develop use cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications to support development efforts.
- Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies to align solutions with business goals.
- Testing and Quality Assurance

- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing documentation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Software solutions against requirements
- Collaborate with end-users to conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Training and Support

- Provide training to end-users on Software applications and new features
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address issues and enhance user satisfaction
