Associate Director, Data Product Owner Tech Ops and G&A

About this role

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director Data Product Owner Tech Ops And G&A to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $153,600 – $230,400 annually


Responsibilities

• Support the product lifecycle from inspiration to implementation for TechOps and G&A business stakeholders
• Define data and AI strategic roadmap with Center of Excellence leads to align with organizational needs
• Maintain data quality and governance with the Data Governance Lead
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize architecture and support product delivery
• Drive adoption and compliance with regulatory requirements for data products
• Track and measure outcomes of data and AI initiatives for continuous improvement
• Translate business needs into data product requirements and manage Agile workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in data and AI product management, data or AI project delivery, or related roles
• Strong understanding of modern data stacks and cloud platforms, especially AWS
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes through data and AI solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management experience in Agile/Scrum environments
