This position contributes to streamlining processes and enhancing data reporting capabilities, enabling the organization to make informed decisions and operate more efficiently.

3. Responsibilities:

• Support system integration and automation using tools such as Jira, Workato, Zapier, Tray.io, and Orderful EDI

• Manage and administer Jira to track and resolve operational issues

• Develop and maintain data reports to support decision-making

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process inefficiencies

• Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to business systems

• Document system workflows and update process documentation as needed

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT or Operations

• Proficiency as a Jira administrator

• Experience with Workato or other no-code automation platforms

• Strong skills in data reporting and analysis

• Effective problem-solving and communication abilities
