Your Mission
To transform the global business experience at Wise by merging deep analytical rigor with high-velocity operational execution. You will be the bridge between
Data, Product, and Operations
, acting as a hands-on operator who doesn't just identify friction points through data but builds the systems to eliminate them. Your primary mission is to scale our global business product while ensuring our operational controls are as automated and frictionless as possible.


Role Overview
As an Associate Business Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of Wise Business—a key growth engineer for the company and a top strategic priority as we look to grow our Business customers.


You will dive deep into our data stacks to unlock insights across products and problems that touch our Business customers. Whether you are identifying root causes for customer churn, understanding onboarding funnel drop-offs, or evaluating product performance, your analysis will directly guide our priorities for serving business customers at scale.


This is a role for a
