About the RoleWe're hiring an Associate Brand Manager to be the right hand to the Brand Manager of Verb, one of Pathfinder's portfolio brands. This role is operations-first: you'll own the systems, reporting, and coordination that keep the brand running smoothly day to day. But it doesn't stop there. You'll also touch marketing, customer experience, and product, giving you a full-picture
view of how a consumer brand actually operates. Think of this as the number two seat on a small, fast-moving brand team. Your job is to keep things tight, free up the Brand Manager's time for high-leverage decisions, and take real ownership of your work rather than waiting to be told what to do. The right person for this role wants to eventually run a brand themselves. This is how you get there.
What You'll Do
Operations and Inventory
● Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and 3PLs
● Maintain daily and weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecasts
● Flag risks early and keep the Brand Manager informed Project Management
● Own task management and keep internal coordination tight
● Help plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
