We're looking for a curious, motivated
Associate AI Engineer
to join our team and help build the next
generation of intelligent talent technology. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your AI and machine
learning skills in a real-world enterprise SaaS environment. You'll work alongside experienced engineers
to develop and deploy AI tools—including large language models, recommendation systems, and other
intelligent features—that make work more personal and efficient.
This is a 6 month fixed term role.
In this role, you will…**
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of AI-driven features within the Cornerstone ecosystem
- Collaborate with engineers on projects involving NLP, recommendation systems, or generative AI
- Collect, clean, and prepare datasets for training and evaluation, including data QA and validation
- Build and experiment with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or Hugging Face
- Write clean, well-documented Python code and actively participate in code reviews
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and prototyping workflows
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions, demos, and retrospectives
- Research and prototype new ideas in the AI/ML space, including proofs of concept and results evaluation
- Stay current—identify new AI tools, libraries, or approaches that could enhance our platform
You've Got What It Takes If You Have…
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts and proficiency in Python programming
- Experience with one or more AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
