Assistant Operations Manager Role

This is a fast-paced role within a busy Operations department of a nationwide home maintenance company. Ben's Gutters Commercial provides roof and gutter cleaning across the UK, including Northern Ireland, for residential and commercial properties.

The role is to ensure that all work booked in is delivered within a set time frame. If you like variety in your role and love dealing with customers, then this is the right job for you, and you should apply.

Your job will be to oversee a team of subcontractors who are on the road daily, schedule and confirm their work and make sure the jobs are completed on time and to a good standard.

There is also a weekly performance-based bonus on top of the basic salary.

We are looking for candidates who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The right candidate will have:

• Good written and verbal use of the English language.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Good Computer Literacy

This role is for Monday to Friday (40 hours a week) and one Saturday a month, and is based at our Scotland Office in Edinburgh.
