The Applied AI Engineer role is centered on embedding with US commercial and operational teams to develop AI agents and automation tools that streamline workflows and resolve operational inefficiencies. This position translates everyday business challenges into AI-driven solutions that increase capacity for more strategic tasks. The role requires collaboration across technical and non-technical teams and aims to deliver practical, measurable improvements in how the organization operates.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents to automate administrative and repetitive tasks within commercial operations

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities by engaging with stakeholders and mapping workflows

• Develop AI solutions utilizing LLMs such as OpenAI and Anthropic Claude, workflow automation tools, RESTful APIs, and Python scripting

• Rapidly prototype and deploy tools from concept to production with minimal overhead

• Act as the technical liaison embedded in commercial and PMO teams, translating business needs into technical requirements

• Communicate progress and challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all tools and integrations

• Monitor deployed solutions and proactively enhance reliability, performance, and user adoption

4. Requirements:
