#### Job Summary

The Applications Project Manager is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of Epic EHR and other third-party software installations and optimizations, managing project scope, timelines, risk mitigation, and member relations. They serve as the primary contact, ensuring successful, compliant project delivery while fostering stakeholder trust. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills for managing complex projects, ensuring the project(s) are delivered on time and within scope.

#### Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Governance: Develops, executes, or updates detailed project plans and schedules, aligned with governance frameworks
• Project Issue and Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and report on KPIs to leadership
• Coordination of Project Communications: Coordinate project milestones across involved teams ensuring alignment with systemwide governance, best practices, and longterm strategy
• Enterprise Optimizations: Lead planning and execution of optimization & efficiencies program across clinical and revenue cycle domains
• Continuous Improvement: Partners with operational, clinical, and IT stakeholders to identify workflow gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities
