About the Opportunity:

The ANAPLAN PRODUCT OWNER, MANAGER will advance the strategic focus of the Anaplan ecosystem, leading the Center of Excellence team to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. This role drives the Anaplan roadmap, collaborates with stakeholders on strategic goals, and ensures data integrity, security, and system performance, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and decision-making support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Anaplan Center of Excellence team, including staff development and resource planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Anaplan solutions
• Prioritize and maintain the Anaplan enhancement backlog
• Oversee integrations to maintain data integrity across systems
• Manage production support to ensure system stability and performance
• Develop and maintain security frameworks, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans

Requirements:

• Technical knowledge of Anaplan and experience as a model builder
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage a team and balance competing priorities
• Preferred: experience administering applications and knowledge of financial planning and budgeting

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range for this position is $91,400 to $190,500, with actual offers based on location, experience, and qualifications
• Eligibility to participate in the annual incentive plan
