drive ideas from inception to production

within Germany or specific European countries where we are registered. Your work location will be agreed upon in advance and forms the basis of your employment contract.


These are your tasks:

• Build what is next: You live in our customers' relative future. Push the edge of what is possible with the latest in AI, often without documentation or playbooks.
• End-to-end ownership: responsibility for your bets from idea to production.
• Ship fast: You can just ship things, both because you have the permission to and because you are comfortable iterating in public.
• Design AI-first interfaces that don't exist yet: Rethink interaction patterns from first principles for agentic systems and natural language surfaces.
• Make complexity disappear: Transform powerful agentic capabilities into interfaces so intuitive that merchants forget they're using AI.
• Prototype in code: Use AI tools to rapidly build functional prototypes that test hypotheses about how humans and agents interact.
• Ship design systems that evolve: Build flexible, composable UI components that adapt as AI capabilities advance.
