## About the Role

Google Cloud is seeking a \*\*Customer Engineer\*\* based in Chicago, with remote work options, to help enterprise clients understand, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML solutions. This role combines technical expertise with customer engagement, translating AI/ML capabilities into tangible business benefits and supporting large enterprise engagements.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on AI/ML development experience, including conversational AI, OCR/vision AI, and Python. The role may require travel of up to 40% based on project needs.

## Key Responsibilities

\* Help clients understand and deploy AI/ML solutions.

\* Translate technical AI/ML capabilities into tangible business benefits for customers.

\* Support large enterprise customer engagements.

\* Apply AI/ML development expertise to customer requirements and solution discussions.

\* Work with conversational AI, OCR, and vision AI technologies.

\* Collaborate with customers and relevant technical stakeholders throughout AI/ML solution engagements.

## Required Qualifications

\* At least \*\*2 years of AI/ML development experience\*\*.

\* Experience with \*\*conversational AI\*\*.

\* Experience with \*\*OCR and/or vision AI\*\*.

\* Experience with \*\*Python\*\*.

\* Ability to translate technical capabilities into business benefits.

## Preferred Qualifications
