About the Role

The Senior AI-ML Engineer will design, implement, test, and deploy production-grade AI solutions that address complex customer problems. The position requires hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks, advanced Python development, prompt and context engineering, and AWS services, including Amazon Bedrock.

You will lead technical discussions, make architecture decisions, mentor team members, and deliver major solution areas with minimal oversight. A key focus is designing secure cross-account IAM architectures and integrating agent orchestration frameworks with APIs and other tools. This is a remote position based in the United States, with an initial contract duration of 12 months or longer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and deploy agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows to solve complex customer problems.
• Lead technical discussions, drive architecture decisions, and mentor the technical team.
• Architect and integrate agent orchestration frameworks with tools and API ecosystems.
• Own major solution areas from design through delivery, working with minimal oversight.
• Design and implement cross-account IAM architectures, including IAM roles, trust policies, and permission boundaries for multi-agent systems spanning AWS accounts.
• Integrate APIs and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Develop AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock models and Guardrails, alongside relevant AWS services.
• Apply prompt engineering and context engineering techniques, including grounding, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and memory patterns.
