The Role


As our AI/ML Engineer, you will develop, deploy, and optimize AI services, multi-agent systems, and AI/ML models, focusing on delivering model quality, consistency, and performance across the Fullthrottle,ai platform. You’ll work hands-on within the AWS AI toolset, AWS Bedrock, the latest agentic AI frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and AWS AI services to drive innovation and reliability in our AI solutions.


You will play a pivotal role in implementing AI features, multi-agent orchestration, designing prompt engineering workflows, Machine Learning features, fine-tuning foundation models, and integrating robust guardrails for compliance and quality.


Key Responsibilities

• AI Features: Develop and deliver our platform’s AI Features via AWS Cloud AI functions and services.
• Multi-Agent Orchestration: Implement multi-agent orchestration using agentic AI frameworks.
• RAG Pipeline Development: Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for scalable, high-quality outputs.
• Prompt Engineering: Design prompt engineering workflows to ensure consistent and reliable model outputs.
• Model Evaluation & Tuning: Evaluate and fine-tune Bedrock foundation models (Claude, Titan, etc.) for optimal performance.
• Compliance & Guardrails: Integrate model guardrails to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
