Must have skills:

• Strong Python development skills : Hands-on experience with APIs (REST APIs, authentication, OAuth, tokens), System integration experience
• Experience with LLM-based solutions : OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar, Prompt structuring and tool/function usage
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills : Ability to design end-to-end workflows, Debugging complex, multi-component systems
• Strong Communication Skills and Problem solving skills (Analytical skills / Collaborative thinking/ Adaptable to change)

Good to have skills:

• Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
• Basic frontend or UI development (for internal tools)
• Payroll Experience
• MS Office

As an AI / API Engineer, you will design and build agentic AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems, while also mentoring internal talent transitioning into AI roles.

Build Agentic AI Solutions

Design and develop AI-driven workflows using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI)

Ensure reliability, accuracy, and scalability of AI outputs
