Job Summary/Purpose

This role is a dedicated AI hire on the web team. It sits somewhere between an AI solutions engineer and a prompt engineer: you'll be building skills, automations, web apps, and AI-powered systems, and you'll be writing and refining the prompts, skills, and instructions that make them work. Just as importantly, you'll be the person who spots where AI belongs in the first place.

What you'll do:

• Build and ship AI-powered automations that take repetitive, manual work off people's plates
• Design and build web apps, dashboards, and tools — from concept through deployment
• Build sales automations and AI-supported sales workflows: research, outreach drafting, pipeline hygiene, proposal and deck generation
• Build marketing automations: content pipelines, publishing workflows, and reporting
• Identify where AI can be applied or expanded across how we work and how our clients work — finding the opportunity is as much the job as building the solution
• Build agentic skills and routines that run on a schedule and produce finished, usable output
