What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Engage with healthcare stakeholders to understand business needs, workflows, and pain points
• Define business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI-powered solutions
• Support AI solutions across various healthcare use cases, ensuring alignment with clinical safety and usability standards
• Work with data teams to define data requirements and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and support Agile delivery processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst in the Healthcare domain
• Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems including providers, payers, and life sciences
• Hands-on experience with AI, ML, NLP, or automation-driven solutions
• Experience with requirement modeling and API-based architectures
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience delivering AI products or agent-based platforms in healthcare
• Exposure to GenAI, LLM orchestration frameworks, or autonomous agents
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, IT, Engineering,...
