Job Summary
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed directly with enterprise customers and serve as their primary technical point of contact across the full delivery lifecycle. In this role, you will own the relationship as much as the technology - translating business needs into AI solutions, anticipating blockers before they surface, and communicating progress with clarity to both executive sponsors and engineering teams. This is a customer-facing position where technical excellence and outstanding communication are equally essential.

Responsibilities
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead stakeholder workshops, ask the right questions proactively, document requirements before the customer thinks to ask, and establish trust from day one.
- Translate business needs into conversation flows, escalation paths, and agent skill boundaries, presenting options clearly to all sponsors and teams.
- Implement GECX agents end-to-end including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, API integrations, and GCP infrastructure while proactively flagging scope risks.
- Build automated evaluation frameworks, define acceptance criteria with the customer, and communicate quality status transparently to avoid go-live surprises.
- Lead production deployments with clear cutover communications to all stakeholders and brief executive sponsors proactively before they ask.
- Stay embedded through stabilization, surface performance insights, communicate incident status in plain language, and train customer teams to own their GECX agents.
Qualifications
Proven core engineering expertise in Python, REST APIs, JSON, and GitHub.
Extensive experience with AI agent development, agentic coding, prompt engineering, and building frameworks for agent testing.
