EPC Operations Training Manager

Job Description Summary:

This role ensures that training—whether in-person or virtual—meets defined objectives by leveraging a deep technical understanding of the various topics and systems. The trainer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align training content with established standards and best practices. Additionally, this position serves as a feedback conduit, identifying gaps in standards and communicating opportunities for improvement discovered during training delivery. The EPC Operations Training Manager reports directly to the Director of Project Standards.

This role is hybrid, with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA, Edison, NJ or Bend, OR. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

• Take ownership of assigned Operations business topics by partnering with subject matter experts to learn processes, standards, and business requirements, then assume responsibility for developing, maintaining, and delivering training curriculum on those topics.
• Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn complex operational concepts, project management processes, business systems, and emerging technologies, ultimately serving as the recognized training subject matter expert and trusted advisor for assigned areas of responsibility.
