AI Engineer – Copilot Integration (Remote)

This role focuses on integrating Microsoft Copilot into enterprise systems, leveraging Azure and Office 365 to streamline workflows and enhance productivity across various teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting Copilot with CRM platforms and existing software, ensuring seamless data flow and automation. The position is fully remote and requires delivery within a three-month timeframe, with the potential for ongoing collaboration based on project outcomes.


Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft Copilot integrations with Azure and Office 365 environments
• Connect Copilot to CRM systems and other internal software to optimize agent workflows
• Analyze current processes and recommend best practices for AI-driven automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure integration aligns with business objectives
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle
• Document integration processes and provide training materials for end users
• Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies
