AI Engineer

About this role

A global technology solutions provider specialising in advanced technology solutions in data and AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise transformation, is seeking an AI Engineer to join their team and empower mission-critical outcomes for defense, intelligence, and federal civilian agencies.


The Role

• Design, build, refine, and train machine learning and deep learning models using Python.
• Develop high-throughput, event-driven microservices for application backends and MCP servers.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces for AI-powered applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and product managers.
• Document model architectures, APIs, and deployment processes.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain a USPS Public Trust Clearance (US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status required).
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and full-stack application building.
• Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers).
• Experience with backend frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), Oracle 19c, Azure Databricks.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
