About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic AI Lead Engineer or Manager to join our dynamic team at Triad Financial Services. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, this role is pivotal in shaping and executing the enterprise-wide artificial intelligence vision, strategy, and roadmap. The successful candidate will serve as a key leader in developing innovative AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve client services, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business Units—to identify high-value use cases, deploy AI copilots and agents with appropriate guardrails, and maintain the security, reliability, and ethical standards of AI systems. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive responsible AI adoption across the organization.


Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML, including deploying enterprise AI solutions.
