About The Role
Triad Financial Services is seeking an experienced and strategic AI Lead Engineer or Manager who will report directly to the Chief Information Officer. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing the enterprise-wide AI vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The successful candidate will serve as a key driver in integrating artificial intelligence solutions into the company’s operations, safeguarding digital assets, data, and infrastructure surrounding AI initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, deploy AI copilots and agents with appropriate guardrails, and ensure that solutions are reliable, secure, and compliant in production environments. This position balances innovation with governance, emphasizing human-in-the-loop oversight for high-impact use cases and the safe handling of sensitive information.
