About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic AI Lead Engineer or Manager to join our team at Triad Financial Services Inc. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, this role is pivotal in shaping and executing the enterprise-wide AI strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve client experiences, and ensure regulatory compliance. This leadership position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and stakeholder management skills to drive AI initiatives from conception through deployment and ongoing governance.


Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning, particularly in enterprise environments, is essential. Leadership experience of at least 5 years in managing teams or programs related to AI deployment is required. Demonstrated expertise in deploying AI solutions, especially involving large language models, natural language processing, and agentic AI frameworks, is highly valued.
