About The Role
We are seeking an experienced AI-focused Software Engineer to join our innovative team. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects involving vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and large-scale AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable, domain-driven microservices architectures using Python APIs and modern orchestration frameworks. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the VP of Tech and the Founders, to design and implement advanced AI solutions for enterprise clients. This role is pivotal in driving the technical vision of our AI initiatives, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class, customized solutions that leverage the latest in cloud computing, vector databases, and machine learning technologies.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a robust technical background with expertise in AI and software engineering. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
