About The Role
This is a 100% remote role working at a Series A AI startup specializing in LegalTech solutions. The position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-growth environment where you will contribute to the development of innovative backend infrastructure integrated with advanced AI technologies. You will work with a talented, globally distributed team, focusing on building scalable, robust systems that modernize enterprise law firms' deal processes. The role provides significant autonomy to shape the technical direction of projects and directly impact products used by enterprise clients. Ideal candidates are experienced backend engineers with a passion for AI and large language models (LLMs), seeking to work at the forefront of AI-driven legal technology innovation.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of experience as a backend or backend-leaning full-stack engineer. Proficiency in Golang is preferred, though expertise in other programming languages such as Python, Java, C, C++, C#, or Rust will also be considered.
