About The Role
The AI Engineer at Harnham plays a pivotal role in designing and deploying applied AI systems that automate critical aspects of clinical data extraction and note generation. This position involves developing models using large language models (LLMs), computer vision (CV), and multimodal AI techniques to streamline clinical workflows. The AI Engineer will be responsible for creating repeatable validation protocols, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and integrating HITL feedback loops to improve model performance continually. A strong emphasis is placed on data engineering, backend robustness, and ensuring models are scalable and compliant with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA standards.
