LOCATION: *APPLY is hybrid/remote friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Canada, working in hours that align to* *ET (Eastern Timezone) or PT (Pacific Timezone).*

THE ROLE:

We are seeking an Agentic UX Designer & Rapid Prototyper to spearhead the vision for a flagship, AI-driven Brand Building platform. As this initiative moves toward executive leadership for final buy-in, you will help design and prototype a system that consolidates 30 legacy tools and hundreds of disparate workflows into a single, seamless, and intelligent ecosystem.

You'll need to hit the ground running, quickly building trust with stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams around a shared vision, and communicating complex design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You'll be embedded within our team, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business leads to ensure the work is grounded in real needs and moves at pace.

Note: This is a full-time, short-term contract engagement running through the end of December 2026.

• **Workflow & Architecture Consolidation:** Map out and synthesize hundreds of brand-building jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) across 30 legacy tools into a unified Information Architecture (IA) and intuitive agentic user flows.
