The Position
We're Looking To Hire An Agentic Full Stack Developer (Claude AI 4.x) To Join Our Team. You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways

• Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
• Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience delivering production-grade full stack systems, with deep architectural knowledge of modern frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Python) ecosystems.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven production experience with Claude AI models (Haiku 4.x, Sonnet 4.x, Opus 4.x).
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code (Sonnet/Opus).
• Strong understanding of agentic AI patterns: multi-step reasoning, tool orchestration, autonomous workflows, self-correction.
