Role Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to oversee day-to-day financial operations and support the financial health of the business. This role will manage invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, and project-based financial tracking across productions and client work. You'll work closely with leadership, producers, clients, vendors, freelancers, and external financial partners to ensure accurate reporting, efficient processes, and strong financial visibility across the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Build, issue, and track client invoices and oversee vendor and crew payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare monthly financial reports and provide insights to leadership
• Track project expenses against budgets and support profitability analysis
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
