About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This pivotal role is designed for an individual with a strong technical background in general ledger accounting, who demonstrates initiative, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the accounting function. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, FP&A, and Compliance, to ensure seamless data flow and adherence to regulatory standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the foundational processes of a growing organization while expanding your professional expertise in a collaborative environment.


Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a CPA designation preferred. A minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience is required, with demonstrated expertise in general ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
