About The Role
The Senior Accountant at Magnetic Technologies Corporation plays a critical role within our finance team, reporting directly to the North America Operational Controller. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial entries, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to the company’s financial health and operational efficiency.


Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, with a CPA, CMA, or other advanced business qualification considered a plus. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in accounting or finance is required, preferably within a manufacturing, job shop, or multi-location corporate setting. Experience with actual cost systems, Foundry, Syteline ERP, or similar enterprise resource planning tools is highly desirable.
