Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

· Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P).

· Process invoices, payments, and other accounting-related transactions.

· Monitor account balances and assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

· Perform account reconciliations and research discrepancies as needed.

· Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing activities.

· Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports as assigned.

· Maintain organized accounting files and supporting documentation.

· Follow company accounting procedures and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Assist with special accounting projects and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree preferred.

· Experience with A/R, A/P, journal entries, and financial statement preparation required.

· Experience with corporate bookkeeping preferred.

· Experience with OMS (Order Management System) is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

· Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Mandarin bilingual skills (written and oral) preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

· Experience with accounting software and systems.

· Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
