City Wide Facility Solutions - Toronto is actively seeking an Account Manager (Facility Solutions Manager) for the GTA.

The City Wide Toronto office is located at 16 Four Seasons Place, Suite 203AT, Toronto, ON M9B 6E5. This position will require travel to the office location and within the geographic service area including most of the GTA, including Toronto, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Woodbridge, etc.

The Facility Solutions Manager is responsible for the business operations of an assigned client contracted service area. This is an outside, B2B account management position that provides field support including – training, guidance with starting new clients, inspections of Contractor performance and compliance with client requirements, trouble-shooting customer requests/complaints, coordinating site visits, and developing long-term relationships with clients and Contractors. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, preparing and presenting pricing proposals, procuring and maintaining supplies for clients, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Travel to customer locations is a key aspect of this job, so a well maintained vehicle is a must. Competive base salary based on experience and an uncapped commission structure!

What you will do...

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including client retention, expansion, and diversification of City Wide facility solutions and/or products.
• Formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule tailored to each client.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services – determine pricing, staffing, and logistics.
