The Role:

As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving Deckers Brands’ growth and presence across the UK. You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with our partners, manage and grow a portfolio of regional accounts, and seek out new opportunities to expand our reach. Your work will directly impact the long-term success of our brands, ensuring we deliver exceptional service, achieve ambitious sales targets, and maintain our reputation for excellence.

This is a dynamic, field-based role that requires travel and occasional overnight stays, offering you the chance to make a real difference both within our team and across the wider market.

Your Impact:

• Develop, manage, and be accountable for the sales of the existing regional account base in line with brand building guidelines
• Drive pre-season sell-in, planning, and forecasting at the account level to maximize productivity and growth
• Manage in-season business and replenishment for regional accounts, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
• Deliver product trainings, sales support, and participate in partner events to strengthen relationships and drive results
• Support marketing initiatives, including visual merchandising and execution of in-store events
• Plan and budget for each account by category, strategically arranging customer appointments and ensuring all orders and admin are submitted within deadlines
• Build strong professional relationships with buyers and owners, acting as the first point of contact for your accounts within Deckers Brands
