Job Description

Kulturra is looking for an Account Executive to
own and drive new revenue through proactive prospecting and full-cycle sales execution

. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, creative, and energetic salesperson who enjoys building pipeline, engaging prospects, and closing deals.

On a daily basis, the Account Executive will be responsible for
outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, hosting product demos, managing the sales pipeline, and closing new business

. This role will also focus on building strong relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem to generate new opportunities.

The Account Executive will be selling to the US market. 

Responsibilities

• **Proactively prospect for new business**

through outbound activities including LinkedIn, email, calls, trade shows, and industry events
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through close
- Qualify prospects through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, discovery calls, and needs assessment
- Conduct compelling product demos tailored to prospect use cases using screen-sharing and video conferencing tools
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-up, objection handling, and deal management
- Accurately track all prospecting, sales activities, and customer interactions in Salesforce
- Build and nurture relationships with consulting partners to generate referral opportunities
- Represent Kulturra at industry events and conferences (including Dreamforce)
