As an Account Executive, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, balancing relationship management with new business growth. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver thoughtful, compliant, and high‑quality packaging solutions while contributing directly to revenue growth across the Cartons & Labels division.

What You’ll Be Accountable For:

• **New Business Growth:** Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities across Cartons & Labels, with a focus on consumer-packaged goods.
• **Account Strategy:** Develop and execute customer‑specific account plans that support long‑term partnership and growth.
• **Customer Relationships:** Build strong relationships with buyers, packaging engineers, and supply chain partners.
• **Pipeline Management:** Maintain an active sales pipeline and opportunity tracking within Salesforce CRM.
• **Business Reviews:** Lead regular customer business reviews to assess performance, opportunities, and future needs.
• **Forecasting & Planning:** Maintain accurate forecasts for recurring business and new SKU launches.
• **Packaging Expertise:** Advise on substrates, structures, printing processes, and finishing options to meet customer needs.
• **Problem Resolution:** Anticipate customer challenges and coordinate internal teams to resolve issues proactively.
• **Value‑Added Solutions:** Recommend packaging improvements that enhance quality, cost efficiency, or sustainability.
